It is more useful when you used Electric cash register. It save more time, cost and improve loss money as same as improve productivity of employees. It is contributed in to enterprise development day by day. To use it in the best way we should do following step.

1. ECR Protection methods:

 -Power supply 220vAC ± 10% -electric plug must be installed near ECR and easy to reach.

-Set up ECR in dry condition, avoid humid areas.

-Avoid liquid falling in to ECR, It must be dried when liquid fall out it in case,

-Do not use wet tower for drying it

-Do not dry display by cotton or material which have 80% cotton. It can use wet tower for drying ECR case. 

-Do not set up ECR in temperature 40O C /70 0F or over

- Avoid intense light (sun, light large capacity ...) into the ECR directly.

2. How to change bill paper

First step: Raise the printer cover

Second step: Remove the remaining paper

-Press in to feed button ↑ for getting paper which save in ECR or pushing the green bar on the roll of paper and pull the paper out of the printer.

 - Do not use force to pull the paper out of the printer. It is the causes of damage to the printer or can cause paper jams.

Third step: in put new thermal paper  

-Put new paper roll into the old printer's paper.

Fourth step: You should make sure that the top part of the paper was cut straight

Fifth step: At the outlet position paper, insert the paper into the printer slotSixth step: press the feed button

Seventh step: if it is paper up, put the paper has run up into the slot to insert the paper roll up

3. When paper jams in the paper path

First step: to raise the green bar  

Second step: remove the paper jam by hand

Third step: close the paper Path

Fourth step: press both sides of the inlet-outlet down

Fifth step: return the store in to the old position

4. Replace the ink ribbon

First step: Raise up the printer cover and take the old ink ribbon out side

Second step: to turn the knob of ribbon

Third step: while ink stone the ribbon, insert the ink ribbon between head of printer and ECR, à push the ink ribbon.

Fourth step: turn the ribbon knob one more times

Fifth step: press the sides of the inlet-outlet down, return roll up into the old position
